Scale's Workplace Operations team owns the physical environment Scaliens work in: the real estate portfolio, the build-outs, the vendors, and the day-to-day service that makes an office run. You will be the senior Workplace leader in the region, accountable for on-site operations, projects, and vendor performance across EMEA and MENA, and you will drive the decisions in the region. Work directly with key stakeholders on compliance and security requirements in each market. - Own regional budget and planning. You have scoped and negotiated services contracts, held vendors to service levels, and replaced ones that were not performing. - The judgment to operate without a playbook. You are comfortable being the most senior Workplace person in the room, forming a recommendation on space, spend, and sequencing and defending it, rather than sending the question up. - Prior experience at a high-growth technology company scaling internationally. - Additional regional language capability, and/or hands-on work experience in the GCC. Product Marketing Manager, Global Public Sector

Negotiable

At Scale, we develop reliable AI systems for the world's most important decisions. One of our most critical partnerships is with key government institutions in Qatar and across the GCC, where we're helping build a national AI foundation across ministries and cultural institutions. Scale's Global Public Sector team is responsible for developing and executing the strategies that build trust, awareness, and adoption of Scale's offering with government partners around the world. We understand our government partners' mandates and challenges, and we ensure their voices are reflected in how we tell Scale's story. We partner closely with product, sales, delivery, comms, and the broader marketing team to create a cohesive experience across every touchpoint — from a sales email to a ministerial briefing. About the Role This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, content production, and regional growth strategy, and reports to Scale's Product Marketing Lead, Global Public Sector. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the socialization and amplification of Scale's landmark government partnerships across Qatar, the GCC and beyond. This role is unique: you will act as a bridge between Scale and government entities, turning complex, high-stakes AI projects into high-visibility success stories. Day to day, you will lead the product, customer, and brand marketing execution behind our flagship national partnership in Qatar, and you'll support the strategy for entering new markets across the GCC. The ideal candidate pairs strong storytelling instincts with the judgment and polish needed to work directly with senior government stakeholders. You will: - Produce the Content That Tells Our Story: Create the case studies, one-pagers, solution briefs, thought leadership, web copy, and presentations that turn Scale's complex, technical work into clear, compelling narratives. - Evangelize National Impact: Partner with customer stakeholders to extract and package success stories that demonstrate the real-world impact of Scale's technology. - Support Product & Customer Marketing: Develop and localize messaging, positioning, and collateral so they resonate with public-sector buyers across the region. - Steward Our Brand: Maintain Scale's brand voice and visual consistency across every touchpoint, from a sales email to the homepage. - Support Launches & Campaigns: Drive the materials and copy behind new solutions, offerings, and campaigns as we bring them to market. - Support Market Entry: Partner with the GPS Leads to support go-to-market in new markets, contributing the content, enablement, and campaign execution that turn strategy into pipeline. - Create Alignment: Partner across sales, product, and delivery to gather input, keep projects moving, and ensure our external voice reflects what's true and differentiated about our work. - Measure Impact: Track content and campaign performance in partnership with cross-functional teams. - Partner with Comms and Events: Work with our global communications team and customers' PR arms to secure media placements and speaking opportunities for joint initiatives. Ideally, you'd have: - 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Customer Marketing, preferably within B2G (Business-to-Government), High-touch Enterprise SaaS or Consulting - Public Sector Savvy: Experience navigating the complexities of government agencies and a deep understanding of the polished communication style required for high-level officials. - Storytelling Excellence: A proven track record of turning technical deployments into compelling human-centric or national-impact narratives. - Cultural & Regional Nuance: Familiarity and experience with the GCC business landscape; experience working in or with Qatar/Middle Eastern institutions. - Autonomy & Velocity: Ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment where you must manage senior stakeholders independently. - Collaboration Skills: Ability to work across time zones and functions (Sales, CS, and Product) to get the information you need. - Fluency in Arabic (written and/or verbal). Nice to haves: - Experience marketing AI/ML infrastructure or data services. Residency and employment in Qatar requires certain permissions (visa and permits) issued by the Qatari authorities. As part of the application process, candidates will be asked to provide personal information, including residency status and nationality, which is required for visa processing. This information is collected solely for immigration compliance purposes and will be not used as a criterion in any hiring decision unless such use is lawfully permitted. Visa issuance is at the discretion of the Qatari authorities. If you are successful in your application, you will be required to provide the documentation requested by Scale and the authorities to obtain the necessary permissions for you to live and work in Qatar, and Scale will work with successful candidates to support the visa application process. Forward Deployed Product Designer

Negotiable

Scale is hiring a Senior/Staff Product Designer to lead product design for Scale's Public Sector business unit. The mission of Scale's Public Sector team is to bring AI-powered decision support directly to government and defense customers - deploying trusted, mission-critical tools in the field, not just building internal software. This role will own the end-to-end design of one of our core mission workflows: planning (synthesizing information for senior decision-makers), operations (surfacing high-signal alerts from complex data streams), or analytical (research and reporting tools) - partnering with product from day one to shape ambiguous, high-stakes problems into deployable customer-facing experiences. This is a forward-deployed role: you'll work directly and regularly on-site with government and defense customers, representing design in the room and building the trust needed to get stakeholder buy-in without a manager present. Responsibilities - Own end-to-end design - from ambiguous, undefined requirements through wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes - for a customer-facing government/defense product experience. - Partner directly with Product as a peer from the earliest stages of a project, not just at handoff. - Work forward-deployed, on-site with customers, building direct relationships and confidently socializing design decisions with stakeholders. - Design for complex, data-dense workflows: dashboards, mapping interfaces, alerting systems, and analytical reporting tools. - Work directly in code alongside engineers, going beyond static mockups to help build and refine the shipped experience. - Contribute design assets and interaction patterns back to the broader platform, not just the account or project you're staffed on. - Help calibrate and grow the design team by participating in portfolio reviews and interviews as we scale this function. - Navigate high ambiguity - customer requirements are often not clean or fully defined, and you'll need to help define them. Qualifications - 10–15 years of experience across a range of design settings and problem types. - Experience owning end-to-end B2B or enterprise product experiences at a senior/staff level. - Comfortable working with high ambiguity and evolving requirements, typical of early-stage government/enterprise engagements. - Experience designing complex workflow UI, dashboards, or data-heavy/mapping interfaces. - Strong client-facing presence - confident presenting to and winning over senior stakeholders in person. - Working understanding of front-end development and how to hand off clean, implementable designs; comfort collaborating directly with engineers on code. - Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites. Employee Relations Partner

Negotiable

Scale AI's Employee Relations team partners across the business to resolve workplace issues fairly, consistently, and in a way that protects both our people and the company. As we scale headcount across the US and Mexico, we're looking for an Employee Relations Partner to independently own our North America caseload — from performance management through investigations and separations — working closely with Legal, HR Business Partners, and all Business Units. This role calls for a genuine problem solver: someone who can walk into a messy, ambiguous case with no exact precedent and quickly build a sound, seamless path forward on their own. You will: - Independently manage a full caseload of ER cases across the US (and support Mexico as needed), including performance issues, investigations, and separations. - Diagnose ambiguous, novel workplace issues and construct a clear path forward when there's no clean policy or precedent to lean on. - Conduct thorough, timely, and legally-sound workplace investigations from intake to closure. - Advise and coach managers through sensitive performance and conduct conversations. - Partner directly with Legal to assess risk and align on documentation and resolution strategy. - Maintain clear, defensible case documentation in our case management system (HR Acuity). - Manage separations end-to-end, including coordination with Workplace and Legal. - Support HRBPs with ER training, policy guidance, and escalation triage. - Contribute to scaling ER infrastructure, including our Whistleblower Hotline and Competitors Escalation Program. Ideally you'd have: - 5+ years of employee relations experience, including direct ownership of workplace investigations. - A track record of solving genuinely ambiguous, first-of-their-kind cases — not just executing an existing playbook. - Strong working knowledge of US employment law. - Supported Global teams. - Experience using a formal ER case management system. - Excellent written communication and documentation skills. - Sound judgment handling highly confidential and sensitive information. Nice to haves: - Experience supporting ER matters outside the US (Mexico a plus). - Experience at a high-growth tech or startup environment. - Experience helping build or scale ER processes/infrastructure from an early stage. - Experience supporting employees in EMEA region. Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits.
