Senior Software Engineer, Quality Engineering
Why Sony Interactive Entertainment? Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity. The role We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help strengthen the Quality Engineering foundation across our SDK teams. This role focuses on building confidence in the quality, reliability, and delivery of SDK solutions across multiple platforms. You’ll work on automation, CI/CD, tooling, test strategy, diagnostics, reporting, and engineering practices that help teams build quality into their work from the start. You’ll work across several SDK teams to understand quality risks, improve workflows, and turn broad or ambiguous problems into practical engineering outcomes. This role needs someone with a strong testing mindset, good technical judgement, and the ability to improve both the systems we use and the way teams think about quality. We’re looking for someone who can operate beyond traditional test automation. The right person will understand how to identify risk, ask good questions, design useful test approaches, improve developer feedback loops, and build tools or processes that make quality easier to achieve. You don’t need to have worked with every tool or domain listed below. You should have strong engineering fundamentals, be comfortable learning unfamiliar technical areas, and be able to apply that learning to real quality engineering problems. What you’ll be doing - Building and improving CI/CD pipelines that support SDK build, test, validation, and release workflows. - Developing Python-based automation and tooling for test orchestration, system validation, diagnostics, reporting, and quality visibility. - Creating, maintaining, and improving automated tests across unit, integration, system, and end-to-end levels. - Applying a testing mindset to engineering problems, including identifying risks, questioning assumptions, improving observability, and designing solutions that are easier to validate and maintain. - Helping teams bake quality into solutions early by influencing design, implementation, testability, diagnostics, and release confidence. - Investigating issues across build, test, deployment, and execution environments, then improving the workflows that allow teams to detect, diagnose, and prevent similar issues. - Supporting Linux and Windows development environments, including cross-platform scripting, automation, debugging, and build/test workflows. - Using test frameworks, quality metrics, reporting, and engineering data to improve quality visibility and support practical test strategy. - Working with SDK teams to clarify quality risks, align on shared initiatives, and turn broad goals into actionable engineering work. - Identifying bottlenecks, fragile processes, gaps in automation, weak feedback loops, or weaknesses in test coverage, then driving pragmatic improvements with the teams involved. - Using AI-assisted and agentic engineering technologies responsibly to improve coding, debugging, test generation, refactoring, documentation, triage, and team efficiency. - Building domain knowledge across SDK areas through planned rotations or focused assignments, contributing useful improvements in new technical contexts. - Balancing immediate delivery needs with longer-term improvements to SDK quality engineering practices, CI/CD reliability, developer feedback, and test effectiveness. - Coordinating with teams across London, Bristol, and Dublin, including occasional planned travel where useful. - Mentoring peers, sharing good engineering practices, and helping influence quality engineering approaches across teams. What we’re looking for - Strong practical Python skills for engineering automation, tooling, diagnostics, test orchestration, or quality-focused workflows. - Experience building, maintaining, or improving CI/CD, build, test, release, or deployment automation, using tools such as Jenkins/Groovy or equivalent systems. - Experience developing, maintaining, or improving automated tests, test frameworks, test infrastructure, or quality-focused tooling. - A strong testing mindset, including the ability to identify risk, understand failure modes, question assumptions, and design practical approaches to build confidence in complex systems. - Experience applying quality engineering practices beyond test execution, such as improving testability, observability, diagnostics, developer feedback, reporting, and release confidence. - Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across complex build, test, CI, deployment, or execution environments. - Comfortable working across Linux and Windows development environments. - Familiarity with test frameworks such as pytest, GTest, or similar, and an understanding of quality metrics, test reporting, or practical test strategy. - Experience using AI-assisted coding tools, LLMs, or agentic technologies to improve engineering productivity, with an understanding of how to review, validate, and apply generated output safely. - Ability to work with ambiguity: asking good questions, identifying risks, breaking broad problems into practical steps, and making sound engineering decisions when every detail isn’t defined upfront. - Pragmatic engineering judgement, including knowing when to build a robust long-term solution and when to deliver a focused improvement that unblocks progress. - Clear communication and collaborative problem-solving, especially when working across distributed teams, resolving unclear ownership, and advocating for quality engineering concerns. - A willingness to take responsibility for quality engineering improvements, including proposing practical options, implementing changes, and following up with the teams involved. Useful additional experience Experience or awareness in 1 or more of the following areas would be useful, but we don’t expect expertise in all of them: - Languages such as C, C++, C#, or Rust. - Build systems such as CMake or similar. - .NET development or testing workflows. - Container, Kubernetes, or VM-based environments. - Desktop application testing. - Graphics APIs or graphics-adjacent testing. - AI/ML, MLOps, or data-driven quality workflows. - Large-scale test infrastructure, reporting, or quality analytics. - Developer productivity, platform engineering, or internal tooling. - Experience introducing or improving AI-assisted engineering workflows within a team. About your background We know strong engineers come from many different career paths. You don’t need to match every item in this advert to be considered. The most important experience for this role is practical engineering work that improves quality, confidence, reliability, or delivery. That could come from quality engineering, SDET, test infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, developer tooling, platform engineering, or complex technical debugging. We’re looking for someone who can operate at a senior level, work well with others, and help raise the quality engineering bar across SDK teams. You should be comfortable thinking beyond individual tests or pipelines. We want someone who can help teams understand risk, build better feedback loops, improve testability, make delivery workflows more reliable, and use technology, including agentic AI, to improve how engineering teams work. If that sounds like work you’ve done, or a natural next step from your experience, we encourage you to apply. Engineering Team Lead, Mistral Cloud
ABOUT MISTRAL Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems—across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector—co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. The team Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on European-jurisdiction infrastructure, and the Cloud Platform team builds the systems that make that possible, from compute orchestration and Kubernetes to bare metal, storage, and networking. European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on and shape the team building it. The Role You will own the systems that power our cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on role. You spend the majority of your time in the code, in architecture decisions, and in the hardest technical problems the team faces. The rest you spend leading a small squad of engineers and partnering with Product Managers to ship what customers depend on. You design the architecture. You write the code. You make the technical calls. Then you clear the path for your engineers to do their best work and push past what they thought they could do. The decisions you make here shape how our infrastructure scales from today's footprint to a gigawatt, and how we turn frontier AI research into production systems used by millions. This is a role for an engineer who leads from the front because that is where the work is, not because management was the next rung on the ladder. What You Will Do - Design and ship the systems. You write Go alongside your team and own the architecture and the hardest implementation decisions, not just the roadmap that tracks them. - Run Kubernetes in production and understand the layers beneath it. You make the calls when the platform breaks at 3am and your engineers learn from how you do it. - Own delivery of your team's roadmap. Projects ship with the reliability and performance that finance, healthcare, and public-sector workloads demand. - Build engineers, not just software. You set the standard for ownership, remove the obstacles in their way, and push them past their comfort zone until the work they ship surprises them. - Partner with Product Managers to set priorities, scope initiatives, and make the technical and business tradeoffs. You translate between what customers need and what the platform has to become. - Define the team's processes and execution rituals. Keep the path clear as the team and the platform scale toward a gigawatt of capacity. - Raise the engineering bar across the org through code review, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. The team you build here sets the technical standard for the whole Cloud Platform org. What We're Looking For - You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped. - You have run Kubernetes in anger and understand what happens underneath it. You have worked on Linux directly, not just on managed services that sit on top of it. - You are T-shaped: deep in one area (storage, networking, or observability preferred), conversant across the rest of the stack. We are building new teams in each of these areas and want leads who can help stand them up. - You think like a developer who happens to build infrastructure, not an operator who manages it. You write code that other engineers depend on. - 8+ years building backend or infrastructure systems, with at least 2 years leading engineers. - You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users. - A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside. WHAT WE OFFER We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks. For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link. Software Engineer, User Operations
Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Software Engineer for our User Operations team to own and build our product quality infrastructure and tooling — the systems that capture, triage, route, and acts on customer and product feedback at scale. You'll work on everything from intelligent bug reporting pipelines to software that captures customer feedback at scale to systems that give our business real-time visibility into our strongest Voice of the Customer signals. This is an internal-facing role with direct impact on product quality. You'll be building the systems that close the loop between what customers experience and what gets built — helping us catch problems before our users do, and ensuring the right signal reaches the right people, fast. If building an AI-native, first-of-its-kind Voice of the Customer program from the ground up excites you, this role is for you. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop AI-powered systems that synthesize customer signal at scale — separating noise from what matters, routing feedback to the right teams, and surfacing the voice of the customer in ways that actually shape product decisions. - Build dashboards and data pipelines that give engineering and product leaders real-time visibility into bug volume, quality trends, and where their domains stand — by product area, severity, and over time. - Build intelligent bug intake and triage systems — moving from manual, inconsistent prioritization to agentic pipelines that produce well-written, well-prioritized bug reports at scale. - Build integrations across our tooling ecosystem (ticketing systems, payment processes, CRM, data warehouse, etc.) to create seamless workflows. - Partner with domain specialists and support engineers to identify pain points and ship solutions quickly — you're building for an internal team that will tell you exactly what's broken. YOU MAY BE A FIT IF - Experience working cross-functionally to deliver highly impactful, technical projects and systems - Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or operations infrastructure. - Strong full-stack engineering skills — you're comfortable owning projects from database to UI. - Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tooling. - Deep product knowledge of Cursor and AI-assisted development workflows. - Experience integrating with third-party platforms (ticketing systems, payment processors, CRMs). - Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action — you ship fast and iterate based on feedback. - Self-starter with curiosity, creativity, and a distaste for manual toil.

Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for Software Engineers to build the data systems behind our frontier coding models’ initial training. You’ll work on large-scale crawling, data platform, and pipeline infrastructure, turning raw dumps into the datasets our models train on, and making iteration with researchers fast and reliable. - The Data Quality team owns the entire road between raw internet-scale data and the tokens that train frontier models. This team makes sure the right data, in the right form, hits the training clusters on time and at the quality bar required to push the scaling curve. This is done by building our own models, our own high-performance pipelines, and by running the experiments that prove the data is actually stellar. - The Data Platform Team owns the infrastructure and pipelines that transform raw data dumps into training-ready datasets. This team improves the speed, reliability, and developer experience of our initial training data pipelines so researchers can quickly experiment with new data sources, quality filters, taxonomies, multimodal data, and data mixes that improve model performance. - The Crawling team owns large-scale web crawling and parsing that feeds the top of the funnel for initial training. They discover, schedule, fetch, and parse public web content so high-quality documents become the raw scrapes that Data Quality and Data Platform turn into tokens and mixes. This is deep distributed systems work with real ownership: host coverage and prioritization, fetch success under antibot and trap content, HTML/document parsing quality, and reliability of the crawl infrastructure that must continuously supply every downstream data pipeline. WHAT YOU’LL DO - on the Data Quality Team: - Build and own high-throughput, fully telemetered data pipelines that process frontier-scale data with end-to-end traceability. If something breaks or drifts, your systems will tell us before the training run does. - Train and ship models that classify, rank, filter, clean, and identify data at extreme throughput. These models have to be both accurate and fast enough to sit in the critical path without becoming the bottleneck. - Design and run scaling-ladder experiments on data-mixture, repeatability, and quality depth that turn “this dataset feels good” into hard evidence the training team can trust. - Partner tightly with Data Acquisition to hunt down missing or low-quality sources, and with the training teams to close the loop on what actually moves loss and downstream evals. - Treat data quality as a systems problem and a research problem. You will write performance-critical code one week and design careful experiments the next. - on the Data Platform Team: - Build the platform that turns raw web, code, multimodal, and acquired data into training-ready datasets for frontier pretraining runs. - Own the pipelines, orchestration, and tooling that make pretraining data iteration fast, reliable, observable, and reproducible at scale. - Create clear signals for data quality, lineage, freshness, and pipeline health so researchers can trust what goes into each run. - Partner with initial training, crawling, data quality, and acquisition teams to turn new data ideas into measurable improvements in loss, evals, and model capability. - on the Crawling Team: - Build and scale the web crawling systems that discover, schedule, fetch, and parse high-quality documents across the open web for initial training. - Improve URL seeding, scoring, and fair host scheduling so crawl capacity lands on the hosts and pages that matter most for model quality. - Raise crawl success and parsing quality — defeating antibot failures, improving extractors, and capturing content we previously could not get cleanly. - Debug and harden complex crawl infrastructure end-to-end for availability, recovery, and ingestion lag, and automate delivery of crawl datasets into the data pipeline. - Work independently (and alongside AI agents) and partner with Data Quality and Data Platform so new coverage shows up as better tokens in training runs. YOU MAY BE A FIT IF - You have a strong infrastructure or data platform background, and ideally a spike of outlier depth somewhere (crawling/search infra is a plus, not a hard requirement) - You are a high-slope engineer who has moved unusually fast — for example, staff-level ownership within a few years — or you bring deep domain experience - You are able to architect and ship end-to-end with high ownership, debug complex systems independently, and work alongside AI agents - You have strong intuitions about large-scale distributed systems - You’re excited to learn how pre-training data shapes model quality, and want the ownership and visibility that comes with building systems that feed frontier training runs #LI-DNI
Software Engineer, Business Technology
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic is looking for product engineers to build internal products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and design—you'll own outcomes, not just tasks. You'll work directly with users to understand their needs, identify the patterns behind their requests, and build the right abstractions that unlock capabilities for everyone. What you'll do: - Rapidly design, prototype, and ship full-stack features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure - Consult with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and identify the highest-impact opportunities - Spot patterns across user requests and reduce them into primitives, platforms, or middleware that support a variety of use cases—not just one-off features - Build tools that maximize autonomy and creative freedom for less-technical users - Make product and prioritization decisions, not just execute on specs handed to you - Iterate quickly based on feedback to continuously improve the user experience - Pick up new tools, frameworks, and domains as the product evolves You may be a good fit if you: - Have 6+ years of experience building production software, ideally full-stack - Can operate as a team of one when needed—you're independently capable of taking a product from idea to shipped, even if you won't always work that way - Think in systems and abstractions—you see the platform behind the feature request - Care about empowering users, not just building for them - Own outcomes, not just code—you care whether the thing you built actually solved the problem - Are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and operating with ambiguity - Hold yourself to a high bar without needing external pressure Strong candidates will have: - Proficiency across the stack (we use Python, TypeScript, React) - Experience building platforms, primitives, or internal tools that others build on top of - A track record of shipping products independently—not just contributing to larger efforts Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $320,000 - $405,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. Deployment Strategist
We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. Integrated Marketing Manager, Developers
About the Team The Integrated Marketing team sits at the center of product, brand, creative, media, research, and GTM work. We partner closely with PMM, Product, Developer Relations, Design, Comms, and agency teams to shape launches and campaigns that are clear, distinctive, and grounded in real audience insight. This is a growing function, so the team needs people who can both raise the quality of the work and build the operating model around it: bringing strong judgment, high agency, and trusted partnership to complex, visible moments. About the Role Developers and founders are building some of the most interesting things happening in AI. They’re starting companies, creating new products, and changing how people work. We’re looking for an integrated marketing manager who understands this audience and can shape how OpenAI shows up for developers, founders, startups, and engineering teams. That includes supporting campaigns around new products, creating meaningful developer experiences, and finding compelling ways to highlight the people and companies building with our technology. You’ll partner across Product, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Research, Brand, and Creative, along with external agencies and partners, to develop strategies and bring strong ideas to market. The right person understands technology, has good creative judgment, and knows how to turn audience insight into work that feels useful, credible, and worth paying attention to. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with three days a week in the office. In this role, you will: - Support marketing strategies for developers, founders, startups, and engineering teams building with OpenAI, based on how technical audiences discover tools, evaluate them, and decide what to use. - Partner with creative, media, and production agencies to develop briefs, evaluate concepts, improve the work, and bring campaigns to market. - Establish agency relationships, campaign budgets, media planning, and paid media investments. - Manage integrated campaigns across product launches, developer events, startup initiatives, community programs, and other opportunities to reach builders. - Help shape campaign positioning, creative concepts, storytelling, and channel strategy. Bring your own judgment to the work and push for ideas that will actually resonate with developers. - Identify compelling developers, founders, and companies building with OpenAI and find thoughtful ways to tell their stories. - Measure what’s working across awareness, engagement, consideration, product adoption, and relevant business outcomes, then use those insights to improve future campaigns. You might thrive in this role if you: - Have ~ 10+ years of experience in developer marketing, integrated brand marketing, creative or media agencies, product marketing, and/or a related technology marketing role. We care more about the scope, quality, and complexity of your work than an exact number of years. - Love technology, follow what developers and founders are building, and actively explore new AI products and tools. You are curious about APIs, models, developer tools, and technical products, and can ask informed questions without oversimplifying. - Can earn credibility with engineers, product leaders, developer relations teams, and technical marketers, while also translating technical ideas into campaigns that broader founder, startups, and business audiences can understand. - Bring strong brand, media, visual, and creative judgment; have experience selecting and managing agencies, shaping campaign briefs, and delivering distinctive integrated work. - Combine analytical thinking, hands-on execution, strong relationships, and original ideas that make the work better for the people around you. You are high-agency, comfortable with ambiguity, able to push back constructively, and trusted as a strategic partner rather than only an execution owner. Growth Programs Lead, Startups
About the Team The Startup Growth team is building the systems, programs, and automation that enable OpenAI to win startups at scale. We need to make it dramatically faster and easier to turn high-potential growth ideas into repeatable, measurable GTM motions without bespoke infrastructure for every program. About the Role The GTM Growth Programs Lead will own the shared capabilities that enable Startup GTM to incubate, launch, measure, and scale growth programs. The role will initially own credit and commercial programs while using that work to build reusable infrastructure for a broader portfolio of GTM motions. The goal is not to centralize program ownership: teams closest to startups should continue to identify, incubate, and own growth motions. This role will build the operating system that makes them dramatically better and faster at doing so. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: - Build the GTM program platform for Startups. Develop shared infrastructure, tooling, and agentic systems that turn growth opportunities into scalable programs, automate work across the program lifecycle, and make each subsequent motion faster to launch. - Own credit and commercial programs. Drive credit/commercial strategy and evolution while turning capabilities such as audience selection, eligibility, offer configuration, distribution, and measurement into reusable building blocks. - Create a repeatable path from idea to scaled motion. Turn “we need to increase X” into targeted, operationalized, measurable GTM motions. - Build leverage throughout the team. Enable ADs, VC Partnerships, and other Startup GTM teams to incubate and own programs independently rather than routing every motion through centralized operations. - Develop shared measurement and experimentation frameworks and capabilities. Establish common approaches to sizing, economics, attribution, experimentation, and optimization so teams can identify incremental growth and scale what works. - Establish durable cross-functional ownership. Drive dependencies across Product, Engineering, Finance, User Ops, and other teams; where capabilities should live elsewhere long term, graduate ownership to the right team and establish clear accountability for maintaining systems Startup GTM depends on. You might thrive in this role if you: - Can turn a priority growth objective into a targeted, measurable GTM motion in days rather than months, increasingly using common infrastructure instead of rebuilding from scratch. - 1:1 and few motions executed by our team of 50+ ADs, ADEs, and VCPs collectively reach founder audiences at a scale comparable to our scaled marketing initiatives, without proportional growth in headcount. - Credit and commercial programs become best-in-class scaled growth motions, while the underlying infrastructure supports programs beyond credits. - Can ship and grow high-impact commercial structures, including BYOK partnerships, strategic startup credit promotions, and new motions not yet possible through existing systems. - Program economics, experimentation, attribution, and performance are measurable from launch, enabling teams to identify incremental growth and scale what works. - AI and automation enable Startup GTM to launch, operate, and optimize significantly more growth motions with less bespoke human effort. We work alongside public servants to move from initial exploration to confident, responsible, organization-wide use of AI. Our work combines hands-on enablement, adoption strategy, deployment support, community, content, and practical transformation tailored to government missions and operating environments. By translating the potential of OpenAI’s technology into better individual workflows, stronger teams, and improved public services, we help government customers deepen adoption, build lasting organizational capability, and spend more time on mission. ABOUT THE ROLE The Enablement Lead, Government is a specialist role focused on delivering high-impact enablement and adoption services across OpenAI’s product suite. This role is responsible for designing and delivering experiences that support repeatable adoption frameworks, drive sustained activation, expand the breadth and depth of usage, and produce measurable value for government organizations. This role sits at the intersection of enablement, education, adoption, community, content, and customer experience. It blends strong product fluency, instructional design, customer advisory, and a deep understanding of public service. You will lead live workshops, deliver enablement programs, and design adoption interventions for audiences ranging from front-line public servants and technical practitioners to senior government leaders. You will be a trusted guide to government customers, helping them learn, share, teach, celebrate successes, and use AI confidently in their day-to-day work. You will help organizations understand not only what OpenAI’s products can do, but how to apply them safely and effectively while respecting their missions, operating environments, workforce needs, and responsibilities to the public. Success in this role means accelerating customer confidence, increasing product adoption, supporting successful launches and deployments, and helping government organizations translate product capabilities into tangible mission outcomes. You will own outcomes related to activation and sustained usage while helping shape how OpenAI enables and supports public-sector customers at scale. This role is based in San Francisco or Washington, D.C. We use a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. Travel and regular work from government customer sites are required. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Own the enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, helping define effective patterns for responsible adoption across government organizations. - Lead government customers through the full enablement lifecycle, from initial onboarding and activation through expansion, optimization, and long-term adoption. - Define and manage structured enablement and deployment programs with clear goals, milestones, owners, and measures of success. - Design and deliver high-impact engagements—including onboarding sessions, advanced capability training, executive briefings, academies, hackathons, listening sessions, and hands-on mission or workflow labs—for audiences ranging from senior leaders to front-line staff. - Guide government leaders, champions, technical teams, and working teams through organizational change by building confidence, establishing effective habits, and translating product capabilities into practical workflows and mission outcomes. - Serve as a subject matter expert for designated products, roles, or government mission areas, building deep expertise and identifying emerging public-sector use cases for new product capabilities. - Develop government-specific learning journeys, training materials, playbooks, FAQs, demonstrations, use cases, customer impact stories, and communications that enable high-quality adoption programs to scale. - Provide timely education for product launches, new features, and capability rollouts, translating product updates into clear and practical relevance for government users. - Advise government customers on workforce communications and engagement strategies that build awareness, confidence, participation, and sustained use. - Build trusted relationships with government leaders, program owners, technical teams, champions, and front-line public servants, creating experiences that reflect an understanding of their constraints, motivations, and responsibilities to the public. - Support government customer communities, events, and peer-learning experiences by keeping resources, discussions, updates, and thought leadership useful and current. - Identify and amplify government champions, creative use cases, and meaningful customer outcomes that encourage responsible experimentation, recognize public servants’ contributions, and help other organizations learn. - Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Delivery, Product, Global Affairs, Communications, Marketing, Readiness, and other teams to deliver cohesive experiences for public-sector customers. - Gather and synthesize government customer feedback, adoption signals, participation data, and engagement outcomes to improve enablement programs and bring the voice of public servants back to Product and other internal stakeholders. - Identify patterns across government customers and translate them into scalable programs, content, playbooks, and best practices without losing the human connection required to support public servants effectively. YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU: - Have 6+ years of experience in customer-facing, enablement, instructional, adoption, or transformation roles, engaging executive, business, and technical audiences in government or similarly complex enterprise environments. - Understand and value public service and can build credibility with government leaders, program owners, technical teams, and front-line public servants. - Possess exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, particularly when translating complex AI capabilities into clear, accurate, and practical value for audiences with different levels of technical fluency. - Have experience designing learning journeys and leading workshops, training programs, executive engagements, customer events, or scaled adoption initiatives. - Bring strong practical fluency and enthusiasm across ChatGPT, Agents, and the broader OpenAI product ecosystem, with an understanding of how AI can be applied to real-world government workflows. - Are a versatile writer and storyteller who can turn complex information into useful and compelling training materials, presentations, demonstrations, communications, and customer stories. - Can connect product capabilities and enablement activities to measurable outcomes such as activation, sustained usage, improved quality, faster delivery, reduced administrative burden, better decision-making, risk reduction, customer satisfaction, or mission impact. - Can identify patterns across government customers and convert them into scalable systems, programs, content, and best practices. - Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams, adapting in live customer environments, and bringing clarity and momentum to ambiguous situations. - Bring humility, empathy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help public servants and colleagues succeed. - Are personally committed to fostering the safe and responsible evolution of AI.
